Return Policy:
Our most important goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us, postage paid, within 30 days of the day you receive the item(s) in the original packaging along with a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and we'll be glad to issue you a full refund. In cases when we make an order error or you receive a damaged good, we will also pay for the return shipping charges by crediting the amount you spend on shipping to your credit card.

Shipping and Tax Information:
Currently, our service is only available in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We ship using USPS First Class mail, Priority Mail, UPS ground, UPS 3day select, and UPS 2nd day air. We charge you only $3.49 per order under 1 pound if shipped USPS first class mail(Liquid cleaning cartridges and Razors that contain cleaning cartridges MUST ship UPS ground and shipping charges will be added). Items over 1 pound will be sent priority mail or UPS ground and will be charged based on weight. USPS Priority Mail is available for $5.75 for items under 1 pound and will be charged based on weight over 1 pound. (certain items must ship UPS ground for safety reasons). UPS shipping charges are based on the UPS rates and are added to your order if you select UPS. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility except when there is an order error on our part, in which case we will pay for return shipping as well.
